Any positive reviews on this company must be fabricated because my experience and the majority of others have been a nightmare. They do not respond, and when they do it is a very negative outcome.Please do yourself a favor investigate and do your home work before purchasing any automotive extended warranty plans. I am fortunate my credit card company had my back.
