I have been with Ace Auto protect for the last 2 years, last week I had a problem with my car, so I bought it to the mechanic and gave my Ace Information, this was on Monday, he has been calling for the past 3 Days and cannot get any response, I have also been calling and holding on the phone for over an Hour, also sent 3 emails with no response, this was my first time in the two years I been with Ace, and cannot reach anyone, I will be getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau, also ABC Channel 7 News, So if your thinking of getting involved with this company, think again, and I paid their fee in front, I guess it’s just another fraudulent company. BE WARNED!!!

If I could give this scam 0 stars, I would! I have come to discover through my recent experience that this company is a scam. They are unreachable and no way fr you to file a claim. For days, I have made several attempts to contact someone in the company with no success. They will leave you on hold as long as you are willing to sit and wait, and will never actually connect you to anyone. I will be taking all necessary steps to report this company to any agency possible for fraud. Do not purchase anything through them unless you want to give them your money for free.
They're great when you sign up - but when you need a repair they make themselves scarce. It' like it's a Ponzi scheme you see on the show "American Greed". My mechanic was able to talk with them - I can't raise them to talk with me at all. Oh well screwed again.
The sales department gives you the impression that filling a claim is easy and as long as the parts are listed on your contract it will be covered. If you decide to use this company please read all the literature that comes to you because this company will try to pay as little as possible and in my case they didn’t pay anything. The claims department will tell the shop that these parts are regular maintenance even though the parts are listed in the contract. If you don’t cancel in the time frame they will prorate your refund. Also if you want your money back they require you to take all negative reviews you posted about this company. If you don’t you will not receive any money back. That is really tacky and shows this company is a fraud. I’ve never heard of a company doing that. My refund should not be based on the reviews. Please do not use this company. You will be stuck with the auto repair bill. The whole point of having an extended warranty is so you’re not stuck with a high bill. So please think twice about using this company you will be disappointed. They are not transparent and will have a attitude when you question them.
Do not, Do not, Do not deal with this organization.They are a complete fraud. Any positive reviews on this company must be fabricated because my experience and the majority of others have been a nightmare. They do not respond, and when they do it is a very negative outcome.Please do yourself a favor investigate and do your home work before purchasing any automotive extended warranty plans. I am fortunate my credit card company had my back.
I would give them a zero if possible, Ace has zero intention of paying any claims, they bring up issues that the car had prior to my purchase, then said they will cancel the policy. They don't respond to any emails or calls asking on why they canceled, not willing to refund the policy that isn't even 7 month old.
