If your looking a company that you can trust run away fast. I purchased last year an extended warranty and it was for bumper to bumper. In February 2026 I took my truck to the dealer and a simple repair was denied. My charge was $752 at the dealer but the dealer informed me that they didnt want to pay. I called ACE Auto Protect and they said they didn't cover that part which was BS. The manager said they would give a check for $400 and was issued that same day to help me. Well the check never arrived and I have been calling the company but now their phones don't work and I have been emailing with no luck. This company is a fraud and now they are hidding from me . They won't return my emails nor my calls and the phone is disconnected now. I have been trying to reach them for over a month with no luck at all. PEOPLE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE I DO NOW. I will be reporting them with BBB and will lawyer up as well.
