Acegolfs made it easy. I read the policy online and it said to contact the company. I emailed the details requested and asked how to proceed - fully expecting I would need to return the item, paying for some shipping, but because it was my first return and a sizing mistake, they processed the return right away even saying I didn’t have to return the item that was the incorrect size.
