Review Time
Customer service is a headache. I ordered two colorful, unique-looking dresses for workouts and travel. (I seldom play golf though.) My order looked promising, as there were mostly glowing customer reviews when I purchased the items. When I received the dresses, they felt like cheap Halloween costumes you can buy at a discount store. I emailed for a return request. Because customer service is based in Singapore, we had to wait for a response overnight my time. When Nikki finally responded, they offered a 50% discount to keep the items, which I do not want. Otherwise, it would be a $5 charge per item to return. I wanted to return the dresses in the same package. Other customers reported getting full refunds, so why can’t I? Easy returns—what a lie! You also deceived me about the materials! Acegolfs, you have lost a customer! If you’re a prospective customer, don’t be one! Pay attention to the recent negative reviews (I bet the positive reviews were either from lucky customers or were fake) and save yourself grief from that trickster company!
I was pleased with the quality of the 2 products I purchased. However, one of the items ran small for the size I bought. I was afraid it was going to be a real hassle to return but was pleasantly surprised how great they were by offering to send another size at no charge to me. They said no need to return the one that was too small. So for that reason I would order again from them. Alona was very prompt getting back to me and handling the situation.
I ordered three shirts and two skorts. The shirts were a great fit and excellent quality but the skorts were too big for me. I contacted Acegolfs by email re a return and refund of those items and their response was quick, courteous and helpful. No quibble about returning the two skorts and processing the refund swiftly. I'm really impressed by how they handled my query.
My overall experience was positive. Although the dress that I received was defective, Acegolf did a great job to resolve the issue. I emailed them the problem with a picture of the dress, they gave me the option of getting a replacement or refund without having to send back the defective dress. Nikki also followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with their resolution.
I put in an incorrect ship to address but immediately caught it! I contacted AceGolfs via email, received a quick response from Alona who immediately contacted the shipper to correct my error 👍. Great quality sports clothing at a fair price with superb customer service!
This is the first time I have purchased through Acegolfs and their customer service is next level!! The range that I received was really quality pieces and would definately purchase again!
Their headquarters are in Singapore, with only a design team in California and the manufacturing is from China... this needs to be on their website! Their website is a lie...all of this should be disclosed, what are they ashamed of?? I should have Google searched this company before buying from it...

So far I've ordered two outfits from this company. The quality is phenomenal - I love the feel and look of their fabric! For my second purchase, my top came and fit perfectly. I had ordered my pants size large based on my first purchase. They were way too big, so I contacted their Customer Service. Wowsa! Both Yassi and Jenny helped me and were so quick to help and solve the problem!! I'll be ordering more from this company for sure! Think "comfy", but classy as well! Love, love, love AceGolfs clothes!!!

I have been trying for a week now to get a return label sent to me and all I get is a bunch of gibberish. I am going out of town tomorrow and wanted to get this in the mail to start the return process. NOTHING!!
