Very disappointed with order delay

I ordered several items over 4 weeks ago, and my original order still hasn't arrived. After many emails, I was told there was an error and they are 're-shipping' it. It appears it was never sent. I received tracking information 4 days ago for the re-shipment, but it indicates a tracking error and that the package cannot be found. This service feels unreliable since I have not received my order placed over a month ago, which were intended as gifts.
