I purchased an S3A from acemagic.com on Sep 6, 2025. They sent me a broken unit with a missing cooling fan. I contacted the service team several times and it took days to get a response from them. They told me they would send a replacement just as soon as they received back the piece of junk they sold me. I sent the broken unit back and waited almost 3 weeks. I contacted them AGAIN, only to be told they don't have any more of the S3A I bought a month earlier. They refunded my credit card on Oct 9, 2025. So, basically I wasted over a month of my time and ended up with nothing. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.
