My wife surprised me with a pair of shoes from this brand, thinking it wouldn’t be a big loss if I didn’t like them. Initially, I liked them, but after two months of light use, they began to rip. I reached out to customer service, who quickly asked for photos. However, they then claimed the shoes weren't theirs because there was no logo on the sole. I even provided a screenshot from their website showing the same sole without a logo, but they refused assistance. They stated that they take no responsibility for quality issues unless purchased directly from their site. In hindsight, I’m relieved I spent $70 instead of $260, but I won’t be buying from this brand again.
