I can't evaluate the shoes since it's been two months since I placed my order, and I haven't received any updates or anticipated shipping dates. After inquiring, the company claimed it was a pre-order item, but I see others have received theirs. There was no clear indication of a pre-order or a lengthy lead time when I ordered, or I wouldn’t have purchased. I find it surprising they responded, but I’m requesting to cancel my order. If they can’t provide a timeframe better than 3-6 months, it’s not helpful, especially since these shoes were meant for a wedding. I learned that they only offer partial refunds after 30 days, which is not clearly stated on their website. This company seems untrustworthy.
