I experienced the worst customer service. I returned several shoes due to inconsistent sizing. The returns department was overwhelmed, and after months, they claimed they hadn’t received my returns, despite delivery confirmation. The shoes are mediocre, and the customer service is terrible. I have proof of my returns, yet they never processed an exchange I requested. I never received my shoes, and they denied any refunds. This is unacceptable service.
