I ordered two pairs of shoes but never received a confirmation email. After a week, I reached out and finally received the confirmation. When the shoes arrived, one was scuffed and none fit properly. Customer service directed me to pay $16 for return shipping, which I did. However, I never received the shipping label. After multiple attempts to obtain it, they asked for pictures of the shoes before proceeding with my return. It’s clear they are avoiding accepting returns. I have dealt with them before and had issues, but I won’t be fooled again. I plan to escalate this with my credit card company. Please do not shop here; you will regret it.
