I’ve been using ACE Money Transfer for a while, but lately the service has been very poor. Multiple times, I’ve seen the message “money transfer failed,” even though the money was deducted from my account. Just yesterday, they deducted double the amount for a single transfer, and it still showed as failed. This is frustrating and unacceptable. I’m now considering switching to another provider like Remitly, as ACE has become too unreliable. I hope they fix these technical issues and improve their customer support.
