Sending Small Amounts to African Countries Can Be Problematic

Sending money to African countries, even in small amounts (like 20 euros) multiple times can lead to issues. I received calls asking why, to whom, and for what purpose. However, the service is quick and secure, so I would rate it 5 stars!

Initial free transfers turned into fees.

At first, transfers were completely free. Then, a free transfer allowance of £100 was introduced, later raised to £150. However, once users got accustomed to the service, a transfer fee of £2.99 was implemented.

Frustratingly Slow Transfer Process

I transferred money to family members two days ago, and it’s still pending. What kind of service takes two entire days to process a transfer? This is the worst! It’s Christmas and you’re holding onto people's money. Absolutely ridiculous!
