Best to view and have a decent test drive not online

Saw a mini on line advertised as a Mini Countryman Cooper 1.6D. This was my youngest daughters first car. Agreed price Wed 28th Jan. Car was to include full 12 month MOT and 24 month warranty with option of breakdown cover. Delivery promised to Aberdeen Friday 30th. Paid full amount via bank transfer Wed 28th. I did also receive an invoice but after paying the amount called the garage as the invoice stated Mini Countryman Copper All 4 D. The car was totally de-badged in the pictures but if known an All 4 would not have proceeded. This is my fault for not looking correctly at the invoice. I did call and say the main difference was the road tax and insurance, £20 per annum compared to £165, insurance was a £110 difference. When I spoke to Gary his reply, " you have an invoice and you live in Aberdeen so a 4 wheel drive is better and Im not getting involved with your daughters problem". I agreed my fault and let it be. Car delivered on time Friday 30th 8am, perfect. Got handed paperwork from delivery driver, AA breakdown, fresh MOT dated 28.01.26 and service completed 28.01.26. Got in the car to drive home, 40 miles away and obvious whinning noise from rear of car immediately from 20mph on. Straight to my local garage, they removed the wheel and confirmed it was a collapsed wheel bearing. Warranty received had inception date of 29.01.26. Called warranty, gave details, agreed to proceed on warranty. Cost just over £190, was reimbursed £120 only less £50 excess. Received call from Gary asking what was I playing at as first 30 days warranty is with the garage, I said I was never told that and the inception date of warranty was day prior to receiving. Argument started as he said he knew "I was one of them guys". I cut the call as was pointless.I then received a mail from them to say Gary told me the first 30 days warranty was theirs, I was never told this. Went to collect the car from local garage and mechanic said engine management light is on, low tyre pressure front right ( new tyre on for MOT ) TPMS faulty. Quotes from garage, through warranty again. Garage quote £332.00 for Air Mass Flow sensor removing manifold to check for carbon build up and Exhaust back pressure sensor. Warranty agreed to contribute £180.03. My mistake for buying on line. Garys last comment to me in that call was I wanted a new car for old car price..no, I just wanted a working car especially with all the issues after a fresh MOT and service?????
