My time working here has severely impacted my physical and mental well-being. Even years after leaving, the culture remains focused on hiring remote workers from developing regions, compensating them according to their local rates while penalizing them based on London standards, resulting in significant pay cuts. 1) Wage Theft & Dishonesty: Management unjustly withheld two months of my salary during the peak of COVID—this decision was unfounded when I raised concerns. They also misled me about processing my final settlement after I resigned. To date, they owe me three months of salary. Scapegoating & Gaslighting: Leadership avoids accountability. Early in my tenure, I was instructed to let go of an employee they had hired, and when that individual pursued legal action, management blamed me for the costs incurred. Zero Work-Life Balance: As a facilities management entity, weekend work was expected, but the demands during COVID were extreme. I endured 20-hour shifts for months without any overtime compensation. Health Hazards: Despite their claims of work-life balance, my leave requests were denied twice, forcing me to work weekends without respite. Any operational issues were attributed to me, despite the unreasonable hours. Advice to Management: Stop exploiting your workforce; you are a business, not a charity.
