Review Time
My time with the company has taken a toll on both my physical and mental health. Even after five years of moving on, the culture remains focused on hiring remote workers from developing regions, paying them according to their local rates but penalizing them based on London standards, which often results in significant financial strain. 1) Wage Issues & Dishonesty: Management unjustly withheld two months of my salary during the peak of COVID—a decision that was proven unfounded when I contested it. Additionally, they misled me about processing my final settlement after I resigned. To date, I have not received three months of pay. Blame Shifting & Manipulation: The leadership avoids taking responsibility. Early in my tenure, they instructed me to terminate a newly hired employee and then encouraged that individual to pursue legal action if they felt wronged. When this occurred, I was blamed for the ensuing legal expenses. Lack of Work-Life Balance: As a facilities management organization, weekend work is expected, but the workload during COVID was extreme. I endured 20-hour shifts for months without any overtime pay. Health Risks: Despite assurances of work-life balance, my leave requests were denied twice, forcing me to work weekends consistently. Any operational shortcomings were attributed to me, despite the unreasonable hours. Advice to Leadership: Cease exploiting your employees; you are a business, not a charity.

The team did a tremendous job cleaning our school after extensive contractor work. Everything was meticulously cleaned to a high standard. I wish we had booked them for a longer duration. Definitely will be reaching out again, as they are worth it!
They did an incredible job cleaning our front courtyard, which was entirely covered in algae. They had all the necessary equipment and completed the work efficiently, so we are very satisfied with their service. Communication with their office was also excellent.
