A month ago I decided to buy an Acer brand laptop, from the beginning it had defects, however, I decided to try it for a few weeks because I was really excited. Unfortunately the pen still doesn't work, the battery barely lasts a few hours, it asks for updates very frequently, it makes noise constantly...But the most horrible thing is the customer service, after several emails in which I have explained the situation, Acer is not responsible for anything, as the month passes they say they can no longer do anything about it. In conclusion: don't waste your money with Acer, don't lose like I have done.
