“Acer” is a suitable replacement for “bad”. Their computers are worthless. Their customer service is even worse. I’d like to say they should do something else than computers, something simple, like fruit juice for example. But, even that is dangerous as their incompetence is beyond compare. They might kill somebody.
I recently purchased a new PC, thinking it would be a better choice than sticking with my previous brand. Unfortunately, I have faced numerous issues since November 28th when I began contacting the service center for help. My computer freezes shortly after startup, making it impossible to navigate or close applications. The only way to regain control is to perform a hard shutdown. Initial advice from the tech support was somewhat helpful, but it hasn’t resolved the ongoing issue. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem, including sending the unit for repairs, nothing has changed. I've even reached out to a supervisor with evidence of the malfunction, yet I still haven't received a response. If you're considering a similar purchase, I strongly advise against it. I've requested a refund or a replacement, but the lack of communication has been frustrating.
I advise against buying a monitor from this seller unless you can check it in-store. My mother ordered a brand new 27” monitor online, and when I gently opened it and set it up, there was a pixel-like scratch right in the center. I contacted the support team, and their only suggestion was for me to buy a box to send it to Texas for a technician to examine it. Are you serious? I hung up and will never purchase from this brand again.
I have purchased several products from this brand. My latest was a gaming desktop, and now I need to send it back for the third time for repairs. Each time, the warranty process has involved minimal analysis, replacing a random part, and returning a still broken computer. While my laptops have been fine, this product and the repair process have been among the worst experiences I've had.
