I recently purchased a new PC, thinking it would be a better choice than sticking with my previous brand. Unfortunately, I have faced numerous issues since November 28th when I began contacting the service center for help. My computer freezes shortly after startup, making it impossible to navigate or close applications. The only way to regain control is to perform a hard shutdown. Initial advice from the tech support was somewhat helpful, but it hasn’t resolved the ongoing issue. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem, including sending the unit for repairs, nothing has changed. I've even reached out to a supervisor with evidence of the malfunction, yet I still haven't received a response. If you're considering a similar purchase, I strongly advise against it. I've requested a refund or a replacement, but the lack of communication has been frustrating.
