I recently signed up for the “Artist” plan at $16.58/month under the “Rent-to-Own” option. However, instead of charging me the advertised monthly amount, they took £163 from my account in one go without clear disclosure or consent.This is completely misleading and feels like a deliberate tactic to deceive customers. I’ve contacted their support team and am still waiting for a resolution.Businesses should be transparent about their pricing, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this service to anyone until they improve their practices and honor their pricing commitments.
