Complete scammers! My daughter took on their provision insurance so she could drive her own car for her driving test. Once passed, she cancelled the agreement - on the 12th day of the policy - therefore well within the 14 days. She has now received a bill for £50 cancellation charge. When queried, they told her the fee was standard and inserted into the welcome letter via a link. She received six documents in total and three had statements declaring no cancellation fee if cancelled within 14 days of the start date. The lady on the phone also stated the charge everyone £50 even if they have the policy for one day. Do not use. Scammers!!
