No such thing as cooling off period apparently!
Over £50 in charges and 30days to get the rest back.
And over 30mins on hold

Terrible experience after my accident

I recently passed my driving test and received a great offer with a black box. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident that was not my fault, resulting in no injuries and minimal damage. However, they have declared my car a total loss but have not canceled my policy, expecting me to continue monthly payments for a vehicle I cannot use. Every time I try to contact them, I end up on hold for 30 minutes, only to be disconnected or transferred between multiple departments. My car was fully operational, and now I am left without transportation as they claim it is beyond repair.

Unacceptable service. Will avoid in the future.

Unacceptable service. I will not use this for my family again. I canceled my policy after submitting the required documents twice, which they claimed were not received, despite having email proof. They also impose excessive cancellation fees. Protect your family from being taken advantage of by this service.

The website was misleading regarding policy cancellation. I had called before purchasing and was given different information. The support team was neither helpful nor understanding, even after apologizing for the confusion, and they refused to reduce the outstanding balance as a goodwill gesture. I would recommend steering clear!

Informative process, but payment issues...

The information-gathering process was pleasant, but I encountered payment problems with the page being unresponsive and hanging multiple times. Eventually, using incognito mode in the browser allowed me to successfully make the payment on the first attempt.

Ridiculously high insurance quote for an old car...

£7000 to insure a 1.8 22-year-old vehicle on learner's insurance? The car only cost me £1000, which is laughable. I know insurance can be overpriced, but that's just unbelievable—six times the car's value? It feels like they think I'm crashing into something extravagant.
