After hearing that my son needs an operation, we wanted to get opinion from Acıbadem. We called them and got appointment. When we arrrived, all services were on time, with no waiting. The doctor was so professional and he was the man of his title honestly. He decided for the operation as well. The room was prepared and the tests were carried on without any obstacle. I mean in all aspects. The next day the operation was without any issue and on time. It all went well. We wre informed in every step. Our room was like a five star hotel including the meals. The head doctor, the assistant and the head nurse was visiting us during the day many times to have a check. They were so friendly and professional. They were aware of the job they were doing. Hope I will never need a medical need in my life but it becomes necessary again, my address is right there. You will be able to reach them any time in case of need.
Also, small but important detail is , they preapred the operation and treatment details in English as well so we could show it to the doctor in the country we live. The doctor in here read it and told us that it was abvious that we were quite good at their job.
