ACI has been horrendous. I have felt harassed, they have been unable to provide information relating to an alleged debt, however continued to demand payment. I have sought advice and finally managed to speak to someone at ACI who actually listened, hence a 3* and not 1* grading. With the help of a third party this has been sorted out and I have reached an agreement to pay a significantly reduced sum. Heavy handed and unhelpful is how i would describe this company. Its taken 4 months of stress to resolve.
