Terrible company, credit card got passed to this company through no fault of my own as the credit card supplier ceased trading in the uk. Set up a direct debit then had an email stating I was in arrears. Called them up to discuss and all the call handler cared about was taking a payment or changing direct debit date even though I stated numerous times that’s not what the call was about. Other call handlers might be better but if today’s was terrible and kept talking over me

Enough is Enough!

I'm at my limit! After two years of sending emails explaining that I permanently left the country, they still insist on pursuing me. They now claim they can't do anything. Last year, I found over 200 emails in my spam folder, and I replied to many of them, reiterating that I had left and they are free to take any enforcement action they wish. It's absurd that they are chasing after minor payments that aren't even on my credit record. I've dealt with more serious cases, and even enforcement companies understood my situation and backed off. Yet, this service continues to act as if we’re starting over, claiming I haven’t responded to their emails. I'm just waiting for the next round of emails threatening to send someone to my address, even though they confirmed months ago that I no longer reside there. This is truly frustrating and ridiculous.

Unethical Practices and Lack of Response

Reached out to my mother, who is severely mentally ill and vulnerable, to collect a debt that wasn't hers. The debtor is male, while my mother is obviously female. When I requested a refund via email, I received no reply. My phone call was answered by an AI, which took my information and then disconnected. This service appears unprofessional, potentially operating illegally and likely a scam.

Frustration After Years of Communication

I'm at my wit's end! After two years of sending emails and informing them that I have permanently left the country, they continue to pursue me. They now claim there's nothing they can do. Last year, I found over 200 emails in my spam folder, and I responded to many of them with the same message: I've left the country, and they are welcome to take any enforcement action they wish. It's worth noting they are chasing after minor payments that aren't even on my credit record. I've dealt with more serious cases before, and even enforcement companies understood my situation and stopped pursuing me. But not this one. It feels like we're starting over, with claims of direct debits and unanswered emails. I'm just waiting for more notifications about someone being dispatched to my address, despite them having previously confirmed that I no longer reside there. This is truly frustrating and absurd.

Disappointing experience with the company

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with the company. I paid off £3000 of my debt, but then they halted payments for an entire year. After 12 months, they reached out to say thank you for the payment but informed me that I didn't have a plan in place and needed to pay immediately. It was a very disheartening experience.

I was contacted by this team a few months ago after my debt was transferred. I have been paying this debt through a financial service for a year now, and I continue to do so. I was quickly connected to a real person who handled my query professionally and without any stigma. The plan was set up seamlessly. I've had previous experiences with this service, and even though it can feel stressful initially, I recommend reaching out to at least start a dialogue. They will never ask for what you cannot afford. The representative I spoke with was excellent, though I can't recall his name.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

Dealing with this service has been incredibly frustrating. My partner has been a victim of identity fraud, and we were contacted about a debt that does not belong to her. We provided thorough proof that she hadn't lived at the address linked to the debt for two years. Despite multiple follow-ups, we’ve received no communication from them. Instead, she continues to get threatening letters, including one about her credit score. It feels like they are completely disregarding her attempts to resolve this issue. Last year, a similar situation was handled much better by a different company, who were very willing to help. This service seems solely focused on profit and lacks any genuine interest in assisting.
