I ordered two herb strippers from a seller, and I was shocked by what I received. The package was damaged, and broken pottery pieces were spilling out. One item arrived intact but had a large chip on the bottom. Additionally, the holes seemed to be drilled later. It was awful. I discarded everything and am now waiting for a response from this unreliable company.
