Despite sending four emails by December 22 to inquire about the status, the company never responded. On that same day, I requested to cancel my order, knowing it wouldn't arrive on time, but received no reply. Then, on December 27th, I was informed that the item had shipped from overseas. It seems this seller operates merely as a middleman ordering from another platform. If you're looking for similar items, I suggest searching online and ordering directly from a more reliable source to ensure faster delivery.
