I ordered two herb strippers and was shocked by what I got. The package arrived damaged, with broken pottery pieces spilling from the box. One item was intact but had a significant chip on the bottom, and it appeared that the holes were drilled afterward. It was a terrible experience. I discarded everything and am now awaiting a response from the service.
