There were many things that made Agustus Cullen great. Firstly, the communication and interest in my story was key. I found communication and the level of including me in the process to be vital. Augustus Cullen was there every step of the way and their support and thoroughness was exceptional. Agustus Cullen knew the details of my case as well as I knew them myself. They understood and advised with clear and upfront advice every step of the way. I found Agustus Cullen to be so supportive but also realistic throughout what was a very difficult time in my life and a very challenging case. In the end, through persistance, interest and belief and many many hours of hard work, we won our battle against the HSE. It was a road with many twists and turns but Agustus Cullen were there every single step of the way. I will be forevermore thankful for all their effort on behalf of myself..my family and especially my Baby boy Hugh whose death should have been prevented.
