Francois provided a stellar service assisting me with the renewal of my UK passport from Canada. It had expired over twelve years ago and the name on my UK passport was not the same as that on my Canadian passport. Neither proved to be an issue as Francois provided clear instructions regarding the additional documentation required. Customer service was outstanding. Passports are a stressful thing to maintain and trust in getting things returned is always an issue, but this time it all went to plan and had an opperator help me all the way she kept in constant contact with me she was great. I so needed help with it all.

I was naturally doubtful that sending my old passport back to UK, for a new one to be generated and couriered back to me would take several weeks. The online application process was simple but did suggest approx. 4 weeks from receiving the old passport to delivering the new one.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I received the new passport in 8 days from giving the old passport to the couriers. 8 days door to door - 4 were transit to & from UK, and 4 processing replacement. Impressive!
