Literally the worst experience and will never order from this site again and you guys shouldn’t as well. I literally placed an Order on August 28th for my birthday event on October 13th. As 2 weeks went by I noticed there was no shipping update or any update at all about the garment. I had to contact them atleast 3-4 times before I got a response stating that my garment shipping usually takes time being that it is handmade and I was very understanding. It is now September 27th and I just received an email stating that they are not sure when my product will be shipped and with that being said, I will have no garment and my birthday is completely cancelled and ruined due to this inconvenience. I would have greatly appreciated if this information was stated to me before hand so I would have the idea to buy a back up dress or not purchase from them at all.
