ITS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED ITEMS FROM THIS SCAM SITE AND THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS. I HAVE EMAILED THEM DOZENS AND DOZENS OF TIMES AND TRIED TO REACH THEM ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL BUT THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE OR REPLY!!! THEY ARE THEIVES WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN DISSAPPEAR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY!!!!!!
I ordered 2 dresses and they arrived pretty fast and the package was presented well. The dresses was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they were a size to big. The customer service team was amazing to resent me the right sizes. Looking forward to receiving the dresses.
Took a little longer than expected. After contacting customer service (who are extremely helpful) that it got caught up in customs. They were extremely helpful and gave me plenty of information as to why my package had not been delivered yet.
Unfortunately this is my 3rd review with an update I have returned the items after much back and forth and I have still yet to receive my refund. The items were returned on 2/12/24 and I have been emailing since yesterday asking where my refund is. No one has replied to me. What an awful experience. In all my years as a consumer I have never experienced anything like this. The poor level of customer service is horrendous.
