I bought the Acmer P2 laser almost a month ago. I unpacked it and tried it out the same day I received it.The laser's precision wasn't accurate. I thought it was due to the calibration of the A500 Lightburn camera. I reinstalled and calibrated it.The margin of error remained. I contacted customer service frequently, but they constantly referred me to YouTube videos about the installation.I repeated the installation and calibration several times (including on a different computer), but nothing helped to get the laser accurate.I contacted customer service numerous times and indicated at least three or four times that I wanted to return the laser (because I'm not satisfied), but Acmer seems to be blocking this for some unknown reason.I didn't receive a return address or return label.I would advise against buying from them.
