I ordered a 2 in 1 laser module along with the 48W and rotary extensions. I encountered a minor issue with the glass on the module, so I reached out to customer service. While it takes a day or two to get responses, they have been friendly and helpful. They've assured me that a replacement part will be sent at no charge. Overall, the order was processed smoothly, and everything arrived well-packaged and in good condition. A positive experience despite the minor setback.
