I purchased a P2 20w and from the beginning nothing it problems! Error codes, jamming of the laser, rehoming issues, and after support finally assisted me... noticed bent wheel, bolt and frayed belts. After they acknowledged that is defective and agreed to replace with a new one. I am advised it is 6 weeks because it is coming from China. They offered to send me a belt. I declined as I did NOT pay for a DIY project. I already felt uncomfortable attempting to unloosen the belt. I didn't want to be blamed if something broke. Well, it was already broken. I was informed to wait for today. I reached out and I have been blocked from all communication from the company!!!! Their Facebook page has me blocked. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
