I am shocked by the poor online customer service given the premium nature of this brand. It's very different from in-store experiences. My online order was split into three deliveries, which I discovered only after placing the order. When I contacted customer service, they were very matter-of-fact. I was told I missed the order deadline by a day, and they don't dispatch on weekends even during the holiday season. The courier service was also terrible: tracking was incorrect, slow, and lacked updates. Other brands can deliver to London in 2-3 working days, but this company takes 7-10 days, and it's still ongoing.
