I received a shirt with a hole in it. When I contacted the support team, they were not helpful at all. They didn't offer a replacement or any compensation for the damaged item, even though I might have considered keeping it with a discount.
Think twice before pre-ordering! I pre-ordered a camera bag that has been delayed for three months now. There are stock issues, which is odd since the bag is often restocked online. Pre-orders should have priority, but they don't. I'm very disappointed.

Other brands can deliver to London in 2-3 working days, but this company takes 7-10 days, and it's still ongoing.
