Received a damaged shirt and support was unhelpful.

I received a shirt with a hole in it. When I contacted the support team, they were not helpful at all. They didn't offer a replacement or any compensation for the damaged item, even though I might have considered keeping it with a discount.

Think twice before pre-ordering

Think twice before pre-ordering! I pre-ordered a camera bag that has been delayed for three months now. There are stock issues, which is odd since the bag is often restocked online. Pre-orders should have priority, but they don't. I'm very disappointed.

Not a reputable company

This company is very unprofessional for one that aims for high fashion. I ordered a wallet and received a vague email the next day stating my order was cancelled due to an inventory issue. It was meant to be a gift, and now I have to scramble to find a replacement. For the high prices they charge, this lack of professionalism is disappointing. A personal apology and a discount on a similar product would have been expected in this situation.

Not a dependable company...

Zero Stars – This company is no longer reliable! I had a terrible experience recently with both the product and customer service. The quality of the item was shockingly poor for the price, and when I sought assistance, I encountered unresponsive and unprofessional service. I used to love this brand, but something has definitely changed. It's not worth the money or the frustration. I'm very disappointed.

Terrible customer service for a luxury retailer

This company has the worst customer service of any high-end retailer I have ever encountered. The representatives are terrible at providing a satisfactory customer experience. I don't understand how they have maintained such poor service for so long.

Expensive boots, poor quality...

I ordered expensive boots expecting high quality. However, after wearing them just once, the sole was completely worn down and damaged, with pieces breaking off. I am extremely disappointed— cheaper shoes don't wear out this badly after a single use. I emailed them 1–2 weeks after my purchase, but I was made to wait 1.5 months for a response, only to be told that this is 'normal' and they couldn't assist me. I have never faced such terrible customer service. I will never order from this platform again! Their support is the worst ever. I will also not buy boots from this brand again due to the poor quality.

Purchased shoes that fell apart...

I bought a pair of shoes from this company last summer, and after just a few wears, they began to fall apart. Given the price and reputation of the brand, I expected much better quality. As someone with footwear design experience, it's clear this is a construction flaw, not normal wear and tear. We reached out for a warranty claim, but they refused, citing 'external factors' instead of acknowledging the poor construction. A high-end brand should stand behind its products, especially when defects appear so quickly. Very disappointing experience regarding both product quality and customer service.

Customers left in the dark...

This company leaves customers in the dark if there are issues with the carrier. I have been waiting for a solution for two weeks now, and all they repeat is that they are waiting for an answer from the courier. They also don't offer any compensation.

Poor delivery and customer service

I am shocked by the poor online customer service given the premium nature of this brand. It's very different from in-store experiences. My online order was split into three deliveries, which I discovered only after placing the order. When I contacted customer service, they were very matter-of-fact. I was told I missed the order deadline by a day, and they don't dispatch on weekends even during the holiday season. The courier service was also terrible: tracking was incorrect, slow, and lacked updates. Other brands can deliver to London in 2-3 working days, but this company takes 7-10 days, and it's still ongoing.
