I found the communication to be severely lacking. I ordered items listed as in stock, but received no updates about low stock levels or delivery status. When I inquired about my order, I was informed that the items were out of stock, with no indication of when they would be back. The alternatives offered were unsuitable and different from what I originally paid for. I'm quite disappointed with the service from a company I had read positive things about. I would recommend avoiding orders from this place.
