This was my first time ordering a prescription, and I chose this service based on positive reviews. I submitted my prescription online and called to inquire about the delivery time. I spoke with a very helpful representative who informed me it would take about two days. As promised, my order arrived today (Thursday). My dog requires long-term medication, and I will definitely continue using this service in the future. Thank you! 😊
If I could give this no stars, I would. There have been TWO separate instances where my partner and I received no communication regarding our orders. After the first issue, I decided to be understanding since it was a "small family-run business." Initially, clear communication followed my inquiry, so I thought everything was okay. We were given a voucher because our first item was out of stock, and the customer service team failed to inform us. Without my email, I doubt I would have learned about it. I used the voucher to purchase more supplies for my tortoise, as he needed some items that were supposedly "in stock." I placed the order on the 12th, and now it's the 22nd with no updates or dispatch email. I emailed 3-4 days ago but received no response, leaving me in the dark once again. I've also received multiple emails stating that the last dispatch days were the 17th-19th for Christmas delivery, and I ordered on the 12th of December. Receiving a voucher only to be disappointed again was pointless. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand and doubt the authenticity of the positive ones. It's frustrating when reptile supplies are already hard to find, only to be let down by a company that claims to be family-run yet seems uninterested in communication. I even tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but I was ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

After spending a significant amount with this company, I am shocked by how my latest order was managed. I ordered items marked as in stock, expecting delivery within a week, but heard nothing. I had to reach out for updates, and even then, there was no follow-up. Eventually, I learned that part of my order had just arrived, indicating they were never in stock as advertised. The rest of my order took almost a month to arrive, with no proactive communication from the company. This level of service is unacceptable. I had to purchase my dog's food elsewhere, and it arrived quickly without issues. Given this experience, I will not be returning.
