I had a terrible experience! I ordered some necessary medication for my dog, which was paid for with priority delivery, but four days later, there was still no update. When I contacted them, I was told the medication was out of stock, despite it being listed as available online. I hope others don’t mistakenly order something so crucial! Very poor customer service.
