This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do not put customers first. They show no empathy, no understanding, and no urgency when handling serious situations. When you are already stressed, especially after something like a car accident that is not your fault, the last thing you need is an insurance company that makes everything worse.
Their customer service is extremely poor. You are constantly passed from one team member to another. Every time you call, you are told your case has been moved to a different department. There is no consistency and no accountability. No one takes ownership of your case.
Their processing systems are slow and disorganised. There are constant delays that go on for weeks and even months. Issues are not resolved properly and communication is unclear. You are left chasing updates instead of receiving support.
They do not handle situations efficiently and they do not treat customers with respect. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, choose a different insurer.
