The lift is now functioning perfectly; however, we had to replace a small section of rail because the coating started to flake off after the first couple of uses. A replacement was ordered, and even though we continued to use the lift, it was installed within three working days. This did cause a delay in returning other furniture. Thankfully, everything is now in order, and the lift has been a wonderful addition. The entire team, from sales to maintenance, has been incredibly helpful and truly represents the company well.
