Mum was suffering COPD and heart failure and struggling with the stairs in the family home. Rang Acorn and arranged a visit from Ali the local rep. He was a really nice guy , knowledgeable but not pushy . We settled on a price and he took a £2k deposit and installation was gonna be in about 2 weeks , sadly mum got admitted to hospital 2 days later so I called and put a hold on the order , again very sadly mum passed away a few days ago. I rang and Acorn offered their condolences and arranged a speedy refund of the 2k deposit. Although we never got to experience the product I wanted to thank Acorn for being a trustworthy company to deal with , thanks from all of us .
