We had a new stairlift two days ago and a remote control didn’t work so we called out acorn engineer and new battery was needed in remote control seems a bit strange after only two days but that’s life? So John Adam’s was good as gold and sorted us out with a new battery and we’re up and running again,well done John our Acorn engineer,keep up the good work.😊😊😊
