The customer service at Acorn is very good; nothing seems to be too much trouble, no question is a silly one and they take time, care and attention. They are easily accessible over the phone and very friendly and helpful. The surveyor was very friendly and very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. The installation team were very good too (although some overshoes might have been good to wear over their muddy boots on our carpet!). Overall, brilliant professional and speedy service.
