From the initial contact with the Acorn representative we have been very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness. Ash the installer was particularly efficient and helpful. I asked if stainless steel fasteners were available to use and this request was met efficiently. The lift itself is wonderful to use so we are very happy with it.
