Hi we book two taxi for Saturday 21 February to pick us up at 6pm going to Rayleigh, we were ready at 5:45 pm and then you text us at 5:50 pm to tell us you did not have any cars available which meant it was too late for us to order any other taxis from another company so I had to Drive which meant I could not have a drink. I just think it’s disgusting that you left it to the last minute to let us know.My wife phone up and was told by the woman on the phone that it was not the her who cancel it but my wife was so annoyed that we were looking forward to my son engagement party and AC taxi ruin the start of the evening.
