Hi we book two taxi for Saturday 21 February to pick us up at 6pm going to Rayleigh, we were ready at 5:45 pm and then you text us at 5:50 pm to tell us you did not have any cars available which meant it was too late for us to order any other taxis from another company so I had to Drive which meant I could not have a drink. I just think it’s disgusting that you left it to the last minute to let us know.
My wife phone up and was told by the woman on the phone that it was not the her who cancel it but my wife was so annoyed that we were looking forward to my son engagement party and AC taxi ruin the start of the evening.
Southend on Sea - Saturday evening. No taxis at either rank in the city centre. Lots of people waiting - for over 30 minutes. A number of people phoned the call centre (taxi companies all the same owner), but to no avail. Sad reflection on the City - its people and visitors deserve better.

Horrendous, rude, trying to charge for extras even though already paid.Was arranged via insurance after spending 2 weeks in hospital abroad, arrived Southend airport, transferred by wheel chair off plane, was supposed to be waiting in arrivals but got a call saying walk to McDonalds which was100’s of metres away, we tried explaining we needed pickup outside arrivals as my wife was in a wheelchair, he then started demanding extra money to go there plus other numerous charges, shouting pay pay pay or not come in broken English, made my wife burst into tears-as she was still recovering, and wanted to just go home, she hung up then another phoned with similar demands & wouldn’t come close to pick us up.Eventually a nice lady called asking what had happened & apologised but we didn’t feel safe travelling with them, we will report this to our insurance company and urge everyone to look elsewhere this taxi service employs anyone it seems. And has degraded significantly.
UnreliableBooked an airport taxi 1week in advance, and phoned night before to check OK.Next morning, when 10mins late I phoned and told not on way yet but will be in a few mins.10 mins later phoned, told just about to leave for us.10 mins later arrived. "Control" hadnt called this driver till after OUR prompt call.
Absolutely shocking. One cab driver is miserable and won’t take card. Even during Covid while card was basically a legal requirement. When we said no he started shouting at us saying why no and why is cash unacceptable. He is always rude which we have heard from other cab drivers as they all know which driver we are talking about. I don’t know how he is still a driver there
Writing this review this morning because I am so angry with how stupid your drivers can be, I gave my exact location got a call saying he was on my road, no where to be seen so I walked around looking for the car! Bare in mind I had my baby with me and he ended up missing school because of how stupid your drivers are
