I ordered a set of five decorative trees. A video on the website showcased beautiful glass trees in varying heights, with timed lights. After ordering, I received tracking updates claiming the product was being shipped from different locations. After a month of waiting, I received a package that was not what was advertised—five small, cheap plastic trees. Upon reflection, the video was likely for a different company's product. THEY ARE A SCAM! I opened a dispute with my credit card provider. Buyers, beware! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
