I fell into the same trap as many others. After watching an unboxing video of the mercury glass trees that appeared stunning, I ordered two boxes. However, what I received were unattractive plastic trees. This feels like a complete scam. They even offered me a mere 10% of my payment as compensation. I've filed a claim with my credit card company.
Why can't zero stars be an option? This service is utterly ridiculous and a complete scam. They advertised five beautiful decorative trees but sent me misleading tracking emails claiming the items were shipped from another country. What I got were five small plastic trees. When I tried to get them to cover the return shipping for a full refund, they refused and offered me a minimal compensation. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SERVICE. Terrible experience.

Their response was to refund me only $10 out of the $89 I paid, and I was expected to return them to another country! No chance! I will be contacting my credit card provider for assistance.

I explained that I didn’t think to record it at that moment, and they denied my refund request. They claim I received what I ordered, but I never asked for cheap plastic trees that could pose a fire hazard. Terrible service! Avoid at all costs!
Echoing the other negative reviews about this service. I ordered illuminated decorative trees that were advertised as beautiful and larger in size. Instead, I received cheap, small plastic trees. I took the time to write a review on their website, but it was removed shortly after. I should have known better!
